I have artwork concerns... How is artwork handled?
Good question, thank you for asking! We start with either a description of what you want printed or an image (or images) that you provide. If you speak the 'language' with terms such as 'vector', 'bitmap', 'simulated 4 color process' and / or 'spot color' great... let's get started. If you, like most of our customers, don't speak that language still great. We are expert translators and we always send artwork for pre-approval just to be sure that we have understood all of your instructions correctly.

How about those set-up charges... What is that about and why don't some of your competitors charge them?
Another good question and I am, again, glad that you asked. First let me say "Compare final project total prices". tMiami.com's finished price is most often lower than the competitions! The difference is that, because we charge a seperate 'set-up' cost rather than making it part of the unit prices, a re-order (if and when placed) at tMiami.com is even less expensive than the first order. The companies that incorporate this expense into their unit prices, on the other hand, charge that same (often higher price) over and over again.

Your website is awesome! ...is tMiami.com one of those companies that has to charge more because you are so heavily invested in technology?
I'm flattered that you ask that. But, to answer your question, 'no'. I (Dave) do the website myself and pay myself very little to do it. We have done our best to make it as imformative as possible and our 'Style Galleries' reflect the styles that over 90% of our customers order. If you are looking for a style you don't find please call. It'll probably only take a few minutes to locate exactly what you are looking for.
